Kids these days like to do videos like this about the favorite weapons of ‘fuds’ and ‘boomers’. This one is on the Smith & Wesson 340PD, the “smallest, lightest .357 magnum made”. And to my eternal confusion, I will always wonder why they would insist on shooting .357 magnum at a human being? Something screaming out of the barrel at 1,450 FPS, why would you do that? Shoot a .38 wadcutter coming out at 680 FPS. Shoots like a dream. More than enough to take out homo sapiens. Besides, there is no way I’d pay $1,019 msrp for a snubbie. I’d go $450 for the Charter Arms below.
